How do I send my package back?
Returns from the Netherlands are always free using the return form to the freepost number via PostNL. Outside the Netherlands the shipping costs are for yourself.
Always add the completed form in the box otherwise we cannot refund your order. Free returns are at your own risk and uninsured. Do you want the package insured return then the costs are for your own account.
Would you like to return an order from abroad? Then the costs are for your own account. These differ per country.

Can I return items?
You always have a trial period of 14 days from the day after receipt. If the item does not meet your requirements you can always return it. If the article meets the return conditions. This also applies to items in the Sale.
A return form is enclosed with the order. We accept returned items only in the original packaging, unworn and with a fully completed return form. Once the return is received in good order, it will be refunded within 5 working days to the payment method used to place the order.
What is the delivery period?
If you order on weekdays before 15:00 then your order will be shipped the same day. If you order on Friday after 15:00 or on the weekend then your order will be shipped the next working day.
What are the shipping costs?
Calculate your shipping costs at checkout, depending on the country we have different costs. Shipping and returns in the Netherlands are always free.
