How do I return a purchase?

Returning from the Netherlands is always free using the return form to the freepost number via PostNL. Returns from abroad are at your own expense.

Always include the completed return form in the box otherwise we cannot refund your order. Submit the package at a PostNL servicepoint in the Netherlands and keep the proof of dispatch. Free returns are at your own risk and uninsured. If you want the return to be insured, the costs are at your own expense.

Can I return items?

You always have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the day after receipt. If the item does not meet your needs you can always return the product, as long as the item meets the return conditions. This also applies to items in the Sale.

A return form is included with the order. We only accept returned items only in the original packaging, unworn and with a fully completed return form. Once the return shipment has been received in good condition, it will be refunded within 5 working days to the payment method with which the order was placedd.

What is the delivery time?

If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 3:00 PM, on Friday or at the weekend, your order will be shipped the next working day.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Europe* is free, as is returning via PostNL within the Netherlands. Returning from abroad is at your own expense.

* We do not deliver to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
