Exchange & Returns
Would you like to exchange the item for a different size?
The easiest way is to order another pair and return the one that does not fit. Would you like advice on the fit? Please send an e-mail to service@moccasino.com. We are happy to help!
Moccasino is always well fitted to the foot at first. After wearing them for an hour or so, the slipper will start to conform more to the foot. It's just like a new pair of jeans.
If the article does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge via a PostNL service point in the Netherlands. The return costs will only be reimbursed within the Netherlands. You have a 14 day cooling off period.
A return form is enclosed with your shipment. We only accept returned items in their original packaging, unworn and with a fully completed return form enclosed. Please attach the return label to the shipping label.
Once the return has been received, the refund will be credited within 5 working days to the payment method used to place the order. Have you chosen to pay via PayPal? Then your return will be reported to PayPal and handled there financially. You will receive a confirmation of receipt via email when your return payment is processed.
If you want to exchange the item for another size or a replacement item, please return the original item and place a new order. This is the quickest way to exchange an item and you can be sure that your size is still available.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
- Use a shipping box for the return. Shoeboxes may not be covered with tape or a return sticker.
- Items may be viewed and tried on. If the item is used, we may pass on the depreciation.
- The cooling-off period for returning items is 14 days from the first day after receipt.
- After dissolving the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
- We charge shipping costs if an order is not received or is not picked up at the pickup location. This is subject to the shipping costs that PostNL charges to consumers.
- The free return service applies only to the Netherlands, is not insured and at your own risk.
- For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, the risk as well as the return costs are for your own account.
